Return requests

Contact Baigo as soon as possible if an item is incorrect, damaged, defective, or unsuitable. We will review the request and advise the next steps.

Condition of goods

Items should be unused, complete, and in their original packaging where practical unless the item is defective or damaged on receipt.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed after goods are inspected or the issue is verified. Refund method and timing depend on the payment method used.
