Return Policy We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to return an item, we're happy to help. This policy outlines the guidelines for returning items to AJJ Distribution ( E-order.co.za) Items Eligible for Return You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by AJJ Distribution ( E-order.co.za) within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging, with any tags or labels still attached. Some exceptions may apply, such as for perishable goods, custom-made items, or items clearly marked as final sale on the product page. Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at +27827962628 or admin@e-order.co.za within the return window. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item. You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible. Clearly mark the return package with the RAN and return it to the address we provide. We recommend obtaining a tracking number for the return shipment, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse. Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank to credit the refund to your account. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from the amount of your refund. Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts due to reasons not attributable to us. Items that are returned without a RAN may be delayed in processing or may not be accepted. Items marked as final sale on the product page cannot be returned.
